Shipping policy

At Lumina The Label, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policies below for Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Canada:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Carriers: Canada Post

United States:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes of the destination country.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes incurred.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at luminathelabel.co@gmail.com
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
